I am a natural teacher and intuitive when it comes to healing and teaching. I have been sharing information and offering presentations, classes and workshops about healing, massage and touch for both people and animals for over 25 years at neighborhood health centers, community health centers, social service agencies, professional organizations, and through private workshops. I also specialize in individualized massage instructional sessions. Massage Instructional Sessions are a fun, unique, and relaxing way to learn some basic massage techniques or enhance your skills. These can be used to build greater intimacy and connection with those you care about, whether a partner, spouse or friend. You will have an opportunity to learn, practice, and also receive individualized hands-on feedback during these sessions, drawing from my 27 years of experience with bodywork.

Instructional Sessions are approximately 90 minutes in length and available by appointment at South End Health Associates and as a housecall in the Boston area with the option of one session or multiple sessions to further advance learning and practice.

In my workshops, I share my love of touch and massage with great enthusiasm, warmth and sensitivity. Through my experiences over the years with both groups and individuals, I have developed a highly effective teaching style that is informative yet responsive to individual needs.

Individualized workshops in massage, energy healing, and stress reduction techniques can also be designed for your group upon request.
