In my practice over the years, I have evolved from someone who simply gives a great massage to someone who can actually support people in their well being holistically. While I certainly can see people for a one time or occasional session, I am at my best when I get to know someone and their body and can work with them regularly to deepen the therapeutic relationship and the healing that comes from establishing trust. With that framework in mind, I usually suggest that someone's first visit and consultation with me be for 90 minutes, so I have ample time to get to know someone and to know what their goals are for healing and well-being. If that is not feasible, then a 60 minute session is certainly possible. And 120 minute intensive healing sessions are available once a regular rapport is established with a client. Bodywork sessions are a fusion of Swedish and Sports massage techniques, Deep tissue, Energywork and Breathwork. In addition to massages for individuals, I also offer housecalls for individuals and couples, massage instructional sessions, chair massage, and guided relaxation cd's.

Golden Hands Bodywork sessions with Arnie are available by appointment at South End Health Associates, located at 50 Concord Square (map) in the South End, right off of Columbus Avenue and next door to Jae's restaurant. Sessions are available Monday - Friday from 9am - 9pm; Saturdays from 1pm - 6pm; Sundays by prior arrangement.
